Cannot say enough good things about Wayne. He came out to install a toilet, only to discover the one we'd purchased wouldn't work because of shoddy work done on the flooring beneath. He helped us figure out what to look for, even pulling off the road on his way home to check what we were buying. Came back the next day to do the install. Brought better seals and screws than available in the box and gave us excellent advice. Then we asked him to install a water pressure reducing valve. He spent the time digging up where it needed to go only to discover our sprinkler double check was installed right above the water line where he needed to put the PRV. So, explained the options, and after consulting the sprinkler company, we had him come out yet a third day to get the job done. He did a fantastic job, left it all ready for the sprinkler people to finish the move of the double check, and was extremely fair in his pricing. He is so knowledgeable, explains everything in such a way so we can understand, has state of the art equipment, and is truly a nice person. I’m very pleased to say Wayne was excellent. He provided same day service and completed the job in a timely manner. He also provides you with an explanation for items that are needed in order for things to work the right way. I had a wonderful experience with DWV Plumbing!  Wayne the Owner picked up the new toilet to ensure that it included all the necessary parts. He removed the existing one and placed the new one. Wayne was very kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was prompt and did a beautiful job. I’m so grateful and happy to find an excellent plumber.. Wayne from DWV Plumbing Services replaced my water heater today. He arrived promptly when he said he would and had the new heater on his truck. The work went smoothly and looks great. He also replaced the flex lines which connect the tank because the old lines were not solid metal and were too close to the gas flue.
