Common Plumbing Emergencies

The short answer is, stoppages and water leaks.

Stoppages: If you call us for an emergency stoppage, we would ask you, “Is it affecting the whole house?” “Is it just affecting one bathroom?” If it’s only affecting one bathroom, we give you an option. If you don’t want to spend the money for emergency service, we can come out the next day and fix the problem. If it’s the whole house, then we obviously respond to the emergency ASAP.

Water Leaks: Water leaks are a little bit different because there are very few households that can have their water turned off for an entire day. We don’t typically ask for clarification on a water leak, because it’s always an emergency.

A stoppage usually won’t flood your house, as long as you don’t keep introducing water into the system. A water break however, has to be addressed immediately. If we can’t get there within 15 to 30 minutes, you can always call the fire department and the fire department will come out and turn your water off for.

How Our Emergency Services Save Your Home

In short, we save your home by getting there, getting the water turned off, and draining the system off so it doesn’t get any more water introduced into their house and do more damage.

Before we ever get there, we give you instructions on how to mitigate the damage. We tell you not to flush the toilet, not to run faucets, and so on. Sewage is very deadly, so if it starts getting up against the walls and trim, you could be looking at hiring a company to redo your walls. We are your first line of defense against such a devastating surprise.

Don’t wait until business hours to call. Call as soon as the problem arises and we will get out to your property as soon as possible.
